Big News on the Publishing Front
The first middle-grade coming out of Living Tome Publishing.
Salutations to all,
As many of you know, Living Tome Publishing is the sci-fi/fantasy book imprint of Living Room Disciple Media. Launched in June of 2025, we released our first novel a month later, and have been spending the time since acquiring new projects and editing them to excellence ever since.
Essentially, we’ve been in the depths of editing and acquisitions, and now are ready to peek our heads out and share the first project with you all.
So, hello, and here we go.

Jada Tamsin, Master of the Books, is one of the Unseen: an ancient people with special talents who are invisible to most. In the secret tunnels beneath the library, she lives surrounded by her books and records the history of her people.
But as Sophie and Jada begin their peculiar friendship, everything is threatened when Lilith—Jada’s sister and the Master of The Sword—tries to remake the very fabric of reality itself.
The Keeper of What Cannot Be Told is the debut novel from Vanessa Matelski and the first middle-grade novel from LT Publishing. And frankly, the story is truly wonderful for both children and adults. Following closely the legacy of novels like A Wrinkle In Time by Madeleine L’Engle, there is a story here that feels heartwarming at moments, and yet is also deeply profound.
Or, for those of you familiar with our thoughts on excellent art here at Living Room Disciple, it’s a book that has something to say.
Also, it has maps and chapter illustrations created by the author, which is just kinda cool. (And did I mention a map?).
The novel releases on July 31st, and is available for pre-order right now.
