You presented both positions really respectfully and you make a great point over distinguishing between the core issue (the gospel) vs more secondary issues like church leadership. I am a complementarian but I have family members who are egalitarian so I really value the perspective of respecting another person's spiritual convictions even when you personally believe that they are wrong.
